Good day to all! I hope you had a fantastic week. I had a good one. I was able to help out with Ski Jamin at their dry fit clinic. I also got out and jumped my bicycle a little bit as well.
Sorry I forget to mention that I would be gone today, but you are left in great hands. Mrs. Oatman is ready and willing to help with whatever you need. I have several things I want you to accomplish today, therefore you need to work quickly and efficiently. My goal for you is to study and be ready for the test on Wednesday. The activities will simply go over the same concepts that we have been working with for the past two weeks.
The first thing I want you to do is a coloring activity worksheet titled Magnificent Plate Boundaries. You are going to need your drawing and coloring skills. Mrs. Oatman will had out the worksheet, and will give you thirty minutes to complete it. She will collect them aftert thirty minutes, finished or not, so get to it.
After you are done with that coloring activity, I want you to complete the 2.0 Internet Review Worksheet.pages. Hopefully you know the answers without having to look them up. But, if you do need help you can navigate through this website (USGS Dynamic Earth)to find the answers. And of course, you can always look back through your notes and chapter 2 presentations for additional help. With ten minutes left in class, Mrs. Oatman will go over the worksheets with you. Email me the worksheet when you are complete.
If you happen to finish everything with time left to spare there are several things you could do.
1. Finish you Plate Tectonic Presentations if you haven't done so
2. Work on any other work you need to finish for other classes
3. Play this game... Apple Picking email me your high score; highest score wins candy on Wednesday.
Please study from now until Wednesday. Read over your notes at least three times, draw and label plate boundaries, and go through your presentations you created.
